RAM available shows 0 MB when trying to configure a cluster for the first time

Hello,
I have installed Couchbase 3.0.1 Community Edition (build-1444) on windows 64 bit machine.
But when I am trying to configure server in Couchbase console, in ‘Start new cluster’ tab it displayed RAM available 0 MB.
can anyone have any idea about this issue?

Hello,

I having the same issue, did u manage to fix it ?. my machine has more than 8 GB of free RAM (Windows 7 / 64 bits)
My version is Couchbase 3.0.1 Community Edition (build-1444)

Hello,
Yes, the issue is fixed now.
I dont remember the exact solution for that but I have cleaned all temp files from memory.(temp+%temp% folder) and stoped unwanted services from task manager and system configuration(startup and services tab both). And re-installed the couchbase again and it works.
I think some running services blocked that application.thats why we cant configure the couchbase server.
First uninstall previous couchbase setup and also remove it from registry.
Try it. Hope it will help you
