Unable to launch Couchbase server from Windows 8

I installed the latest couchbase server, but am unsuccessful in getting it to launch. After the installation completes, IE opens in attempt to access the web console, but it errors out and says the page can’t be displayed.

The service is definitely running in the background on my Windows 8 64bit machine.

You installation is a fresh install or you are upgrading from an previous release?

Do you have any firewall or port conflicts?
