Can't run Couchbase Server on Mac OS 10.13.2


Downloaded the standalone server on Mac OS X high sierra and after double clicking I get :

“Couchbase server doesn’t appear to be operating properly. check logs”

Where are these logs?

Did you copy the server image to Applications folder and launch it from there ? If not, please make sure you do so. You cannot run the binary from any folder.
If you have previous versions of Couchbase server, follow instructions in the uninstall guide to uninstall it first before installing the new version.

As for logs, once you have server running, you can access the logs via the admin console UI. Alternatively, you can use the cbcollect_info tool .
