Hi Guys,
As it was getting late, I did reset my Windows 10 and then it worked in one shot. So I am not sure what was wrong. But what so ever was wrong if it had created a log file in standard way, life would have been easier. I am very sorry that I do not have chance to reproduce the error for you to understand the bug.
