Couchbase Enterprise 6.0.4 - upgrade RHEL6 to RHEL8

Hello,

I have CB 6.0.4 currently installed in RHEL6. If I upgrade RHEL6 to RHEL 8, will CB work, or is a new installation required?

Hi @mpc120,

Thanks for posting your query in our forums. We rebuild our binaries for different versions of the same platform. So there will be a rpm package available for 6.0.4 to be installed in rhel8. You will have to install it again for couchbase to work. To retain data, you can use our backup and recovery tool. Thanks!
