@dainam8x, it may or may not be the same issue. In the above issue compaction is failing. But we won’t know that till we check the logs.
What exact problem are you facing? Drop is not working or you are seeing empty results?
Can you describe your setup in more details -
How much memory quota for indexer?
How much is total indexed data? etc.
