Which version of Windows? Could you raise a bug at issues.couchbase.com with the full details please?

I found this issue, but there’s no way I can create an account there to post anything.

https://issues.couchbase.com/projects/MB/issues/MB-20036?filter=allopenissues

The problem is with Windows Server 2012R2 x64

I was able to workaround the issue by replacing erl.exe by the one that comes with Couchbase 3.x

From the issue, I can see that a rebuild of erl.exe was requested at some point during 4.5 development, and something was messed up during the update.

I think IT are doing some work on the Jira logins at the moment, you /should/ be able to use the same login as the forums…

Thanks for the environment information - I’ve added it to the MB on your behalf.

Note the MB was originally raised on “spock” which is the codename for the next release /after/ 4.5. I’ve added version 4.5.0 as you are encountering it there also.
