@jacopo can you please let me know the exact command you are using? Can you also check your log files to see if there are any errors?

Hi,

logs not contains anything.

Command is:

/opt/couchbase/bin/cbbackup http://localhost:8091 /root/backup_cb_temp/XXX/ -u Administrator -p YYY -b XXX > /tmp/output_XXX 2>&1

I’ve tried to use couchbase://locahost instead of http but I have the same problem

Thanks,
Jacopo

PS today is worked but I didn’t change anything

@jacopo I am glad everything worked out for you. Please do not hesitate to let me know next time you run into problem

no response for 30 seconds while there 256 active streams

This error message means that the cbbackup did not receive a mutation from the cluster for 30 seconds. There is a known issue MB-3148 where in some cases Couchbase Server will not send the end snapshot which would trigger this behaviour from cbbackup. It might be worth upgrading to Couchbase Server 6
