Hi @Kannan_Muruganmony,

Since you have mentioned, this crash issue happening only in your QE environments,
Can you double check whether there are any FTS/system configs settings that are different across these environments?

For eg: have you configured enough RAM, FTS RAM quota etc, enough file descriptor limits, ports exposed etc?

We might need a whole lot of system information as well for debugging this and hence prefer a support ticket.
The cbcollect logs would capture an entire snapshot of the whole system and thus helps us in debugging such situations.

You may try sharing the cbcollect logs as a private msg as well, strictly as a one time option in the worst case.

Cheers!

Hi @sreeks,

Thanks for ur reply.

This is the first FTS index we created. We are still testing it in QA environment (the issue occurs here). We have not deployed this FTS change to the live environment yet.

Yes, I have the cbcollect logs ready. I shall send you a message right away. Any help will be highly useful. Else We will have to switch back to ES :frowning:
