What are the reasons that prevent the console to access the local server (if that is what it means) ?
The scenario is a fresh install on a win machine. Trying to configure the server from the browser to start a new cluster.
127.0.0.1 is not working. Public IP is not working, localhost is not working, dns name is not working.
