How can i relate my user to a 'client' to ensure that i receive support?

It’s kind of self explained on the title

I need Couchbase support, got sereval issues that i’m stuck whit and some support will be apreciated.

If i’m mistaken and here is not the place, then apologies. And if that is the case then i will really appreciate if someone give me a clue where to ask.

Hi,

That’s easy, just have the user send in an email to ‘support@couchbase.com’ with the Client name (customer) that’s he working with and we’ll associate him to that customer’s account.
