Your cluster does not have enough RAM quota available to create the selected sample data buckets. Please free at least 100MB of RAM Quota per node
This sounds like issue unrelated to the topic where you posted it.
Please check the size of your other buckets and shrink them until you will get about 100MB of unallocated space. Chances are that when you configured the cluster initially, you’ve setup bucket default to allocated all available memory on the cluster.
couchbase now coming in phpinfo file but unable to load dynamic library error coming C:\xampp\php\ext\php_couchbase.dll
Could you post the text of the error?
and by the way, do you use php7? The version on your screenshot is confusing.
