Improvement - Filter Admin GUI by service + Font Colors

In CB 4.x on the Admin GUI “Server” tab have a check box for ALL(default) , DATA , INDEX , QUERY so people can filter out the servers they want. Also change the font colors based of the services , Ex. Black for DATA, Green for INDEX , Orange for Query
