It’s not supported and we don’t have any instructions.
You’re welcome to try; you should start by setting up a cross-compilation toolchain on your main computer, of Clang for ARM Linux. Pay attention to the version requirements listed in the LiteCore README. After that, you’ll have to ensure you’ve got the proper packages installed on the Pi, most importantly a new enough version of libc++.
