Is encrypted backup supported?

Hi,

I would like to know if it’s possible to perform encrypted backup with Couchbase Server EE 4.1? My understanding is that it is not possible but wanted to get a confirmation.

This is not supported at this time. If I had to guess, going forward it will only ever come to cbbackupmgr (that tool came in with 4.5 EE). There is an open feature request to add this functionality, but I do not know the status on it.
