Hello, I see the “Management Blocked” status on the UI and not really understand what it means. Help, please
A cloud/cluster will go into a “Management Blocked” state when our Control Plane can no longer do the actions we need to perform in your AWS account. Essentially, when we are locked out.
We usually see this happen when some component of the underlying infrastructure has been deleted within your AWS account:
- AWS IAM AccessKeys and Secret Keys are deleted from the AWS account that the cloud was deployed into;
- someone has attempted to tear down the cloud by deleting the CloudFormation stack in AWS.
