Manual failover time

Hi All,
What is the manual failover time required for couchbase, when one of the couchbase server is shutdown/power off?
I have performed few tests and following are the results. Manual failover is performed using couchbase CLI commands
2 node couchbase cluster:
Time required for manual failover in case of server shutdown is more than 60 seconds.
If I stop the couchbase server manually and then do the manual failover, it is taking only 3 seconds.
Same is true for 3 node couchbase cluster. Replication is enabled for bucket.
Anyone else has observed the same issue. Is it a Bug? I am using couchbase 1.8.
Does it got resolved in 2.0.
I have searched the forum for the same issue, I have found following post for the same issue.

Thanks & Regards

I am running version 2.0.1 and the failover is immediate. I have not timed it but it is no where near 60 seconds. I would say between 1 and 5 seconds. I have tested several fail over scenarios, with both VMs dieing and couchbase process dieing.

Hello,
