Multiple Sigar_port.exe are Creating in task manager. which leads to high memory utilization of CPU.

Index failure exception has encountered.

Apologies for the delay here, this looks most likely that you have something else running on one of the ports that Couchbase is trying to bind to and so it can’t start-up properly and is repeatedly trying to.

What version of Couchbase Server are you running? I believe we have improved this behaviour
