On migrating Couchbase to another server

I’m currently running Couchbase Version: 4.5.0-2601 Community Edition (build-2601) on Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS. I would like to shut down this server and I have another one ready to host my Couchbase database in it’s place. It’s an Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS server.

I’m assuming that I should install the same exact version on this new server but wanted to check here first. In short, what is the proper version to install on this new server so that I can make the migration without introducing any kind of incompatibility with the PHP SDK 2.2.4, which is being used by some production websites? How can I obtain 4.5.0-2601 Community Edition (build-2601) again?

So I found the download for Community Edition 4.5. However, I notice that it’s indicating compatibility with Ubuntu 14.04. Does this mean it won’t work on Ubuntu 16.04?
