2 server raw is 90% why,
the index and query perfermence, is not quick this sql server

Just by looking at the screenshot, it seems that your RAM quota is too small for data you are storing. You may need to increase RAM quota for data service and indexer. You can increase RAM quota here: http://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.5/settings/cluster-settings.html
