Hi all,
The documentation says the read-only user can be used for Web Console and REST API, but “cannot… see stored data”
(http://docs.couchbase.com/admin/admin/Tasks/tasks-create-readUser.html)
So according to the doc, a read-only user is not able to see stored data, and so will not be able to perform a backup.
However, I tried to do a backup using cbbackup with a readonly user, and it worked!
Is this a bug or the documentation is ambiguous?
