Unable to create the index after creating a new bucket in RHEL 6.5

CouchBase Version: 4.1.0-5005 Enterprise Edition (build-5005)

CREATE PRIMARY INDEX tste_idx ON test_transactions USING GSI;
{
“requestID”: “cd5aa56a-d081-48ee-9039-a4412960a25b”,
“signature”: null,
“results”: [
],
“errors”: [
{
“code”: 5000,
“msg”: “GSI CreatePrimaryIndex() - cause: Request Timeout”
}
],
“status”: “errors”,
“metrics”: {
“elapsedTime”: “2m1.06532518s”,
“executionTime”: “2m1.064060103s”,
“resultCount”: 0,

}
}

Also on the console index tab, I see the following…

Warning: We are having troubles communicating to the indexer process. The information might be stale.

Hi Arul,

Can you please share the indexer.log from /opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase/logs directory?

Thanks,
