Unable to display couchbase web console after installation

I installed Couchbase Enterprise edition version 2.5.1 in my laptop. My laptop runs on 64-bit Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1, and the memory is 8GB. The installer that I use was downloaded from Couchbase site with the file name couchbase-server-enterprise_2.5.1_x86_64.setup.exe.

The installation was successful after I specified different port number for the web console, as it is requested by the installer. I specified 8080 as the port number. After the installation was completed, it opened my Internet Explorer 11.0 browser. However, the web console cannot be displayed. Same issue happened after I restarted my laptop and access the Web Console again.

Please note I have closed all applications and turned off any anti-virus software before installation.
