I think the peer to peer sync, which is a fundamental feature, should be available in community edition, and especially in my case, where I live in Iraq, and Couchbase (probably because of US Export laws) does not do business with Iraq.

As you’ve noticed P2P is an enterprise feature. We do not have any plans to make it available in the community edition because that would mean that the community edition would contain non open-source code. I am sorry to hear about your position, but as you’ve noted I believe our hands are tied when it comes to the business end of things.
The only way to bring P2P functionality to your app would be to extend the open source version to contain the functionality that you want, unfortunately.
