I’m using couchbase 6.5.1 and try to use XDCR from on prem to cloud cluster.
I saw the ops per second around 10-20k
But the total doc only increase around 100-200 per second.
May I know the possible cause for this?
which statistic do I need to check?

Are you talking about the ops and doc count on source or target cluster?
Here are the stats that can help you check if the replication is working as expected, I would start with “changes_left”:
